How should I start a project enquiry?

Please share what you would like changed, along with the garment type and any fitting concerns. We will assess the piece before confirming the scope and quote.

Do you work by appointment?

Yes. We work by appointment and can discuss redesigns, fit updates, and upcycling projects in person after reviewing the garment.

How long does a redesign project take?

The timeline depends on the garment, the fabric, and the work required. For redesign projects, the usual turnaround is reviewed after inspection and concept approval.

Can you quote before inspecting the garment?

No. We do not confirm a final price until the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit have been assessed.

Will the garment be checked again at collection?

We can review the garment at collection and handle small finishing adjustments when needed, while keeping the agreed design intact.
